Stacey A. BradfordAssociateMs. Bradford advises tax-qualified employee benefit plans, focusing primarily on IRS and ERISA compliance issues and including document drafting, reporting and disclosure compliance, operational, fiduciary correction, merger and acquisition issues. She is also experienced in representing clients before the IRS, including pursuing determination letter applications, correction filings, and plan audits. Ms. Bradford joined Slevin & Hart, P.C. after nine years with the law firm of Sanders, Schnabel & Brandenburg, P.C. where she worked in the firm's employee benefits and estate planning practices. Ms. Bradford graduated cum laude from the Washington College of Law at the American University in 1994 and received her A.B. in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College in 1989. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New Jersey, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the District of Columbia Estate Planning Council. |
